Checking the Version Number

Here’s how to find the version numbers for Things and for your device’s operating system.

Mac

Find the version number of Things

  1. On your Mac, open Things.
  2. In the menu bar at the top of your screen, click Things > About Things.

The version number looks something like this: 3.1.2 (30102000).

Find the version number of macOS

In the menu bar at the top of your screen, click > About this Mac > Overview.

The version number looks something like this: 10.12.6.

iPad
  1. On your iPad, open Things.
  2. At the bottom of the sidebar, tap > About Things.

The version number for Things looks something like this: 3.1.2 (30102000). The version number for iOS looks something like this: 10.3.2.

iPhone
  1. On your iPhone, open Things.
  2. In the main view, scroll to the bottom and tap Settings > About Things.

Find the version number of Things

  1. On your iPhone, open Watch app.
  2. Tap General > Software Update.
